1．全か無か思考：白か黒か、成功か失敗かのどちらかで考える

2．一般化のしすぎ：いくつかの例だけを見て、「いつもそうである」「みんなそうしている」などと判断してしまう

3．心の先読み：相手の心を先読みし「返事がないのは嫌われたからだ」などと思い込んでしまう

4．双眼鏡のトリック：常にほかと比較し、「やっぱり別のランチの方がおいしそうだ」など自分の選択を後悔する

5．レッテル貼り：「自分はどうせ○○だ」と行動する前から結果を決め付けてしまう

6．責任の取りすぎ：何でも「自分が悪い」「自分のせいだ」と思い込む

7．完ぺき主義：理想が高く、ささいな欠点を見つけると極端に幻滅してしまう

8．マイナス化思考：どんな良いことが起こっても、マイナスに置き換えてしまう

9．感情的決め付け：自分がそう感じたら、事実もそのとおりになると思い込んでしまう

10．すべき思考：何でも「当然○○すべきだ」「絶対○○でなければならない」と頑固に思い込んでしまう
